Children are welcome, they are graciously received up to 2 years, breakfast, bedding and baby equipment (crib, stroller, high chair, bath and changing table available).
Each additional person allowed in suites will be invoiced 25 €, breakfast included.
Access to the pool and hot tub are free.
An outdoor private parking is available free of charge.
Transfer to the airport can be arranged by our partner taxi which you a personalized upon arrival at the home terminal. Thank you contact us.
Any reservation can be finalized - in accordance with our conditions of sale - after payment of minimum one night or - depending on the reserved period - a 25% deposit of the total stay.
And by bank transfer or check and after completion of the following formalities:
- Indication of your civil status, address and phone;
- Indication of your credit card numbers with controls (expiration and security code).
In addition, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance.
According to our general conditions of sale, any cancellation will be effective upon receipt of a written document signed and under the conditions of time described those conditions.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (fax or email on the signature) and accompanied by payment of a deposit of 25% with a minimum of one night per room booked.
Length (as the number of people) must be maintained and, if shortened stay, the price will have no refund.
The balance of the price, and the benefits must be paid the day of the agreed departure.
As an exception, the benefits payable under the massages and beauty treatments will be paid directly to the order of Mrs. COVAIN and will be booking confirmed by the payment of a sum of 25%.
The host table is permitted only with prior reservation.
Animals may be allowed upon prior request and commitment to ensure any potential disorder.
The customer must take personal responsibility to purchase an insurance policy covering cancellation, bearing in mind that these guarantees are generally included in the contract carrier credit card.
Before the trip, and for any cancellations made within at least 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Before the start of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before arrival, the full cost of the stay will be due as compensation for the damage arising from the immobilization of the room.
For organizational reasons, the rooms are available from 3 PM and must be vacated before 12 AM.
Naturally, these schedules can be adjusted on request and subject to sufficient time to prepare rooms the best possible.
Common areas can be used for any pending before the provision of rooms or after their release, to allow to enjoy the stay.
